The Ontario Power Authority (OPA) believes all the documents surrounding the Mississauga and Oakville gas plant cancellations have been released.

At least the ones asked for in the latest request from a committee hearing.

After a total of 56,000 pages of documents were released last fall on two occasions, another 592 surfaced on Thursday.

OPA Chair Jim Hinds and CEO Colin Anderson apologized to the legislature. Anderson says while the search was coordinated by the Ministry of Energy, they didn't feel any political pressure about when to release documents.

They say this was the first time the OPA conducted a search of this magnitude.

It was revealed the OPA told the deputy energy minister in late October/early November that another search will have to be done, given the OPA "messed up" when it comes to search terms. They realized they excluded search terms such as project code names.

The newest batch of documents include emails setting up conference calls and invoices outlining construction-related costs, such as $13.90 for a hammer and over $9,000 for portable toilets.
