Police have now charged a 4th man in connection with the fatal Little Italy shooting in Toronto back on June 18th.

35 year old John Raposo was gunned down while watching a EuroCup soccer game on the patio of an ice cream shop.

Toronto Police say 25 year old Rabih Alkhalil was arrested in Greece on Saturday, and officers are working with Greek authorities to have him shipped back to Canada where he'll face first degree murder charges.

36 year old Nicola Nero of Niagara Falls, was arrested on February 20th and charged with first degree murder.

39 year old Martino Caputo was arrested in Germany and is waiting to be extradited to Canada, where he'll face first degree murder charges.

Dean Wiwchar was arrested a short time after the shooting.
