Pickup goes over 407 guardrail

Witnesses say a pickup truck was driving erratically down the 407 before going over a guardrail in Vaughan.

OPP say the truck was taking the ramp from the westbound 407 to Keele St when it hit the guardrail & and landed on its side on the other side.

The driver was trapped in the truck & the jaws of life were needed to get him out. He was rushed to Sunnybrook Hospital with serious injuries.

OPP are asking anyone with information about the crash to call them at 905-841-5777.

    IF and only IF he was drunk, let the bar pay his hospital bills or if drinking at home find out what he drank and let the makers of the booze pay taxpayers are sick and tired of paying the bills of drunk drivers!

      @Vardit oh, i wholeheartedly disagree. the driver is responsible for his actions. HE alone. i hope he pays back what is needed to make repairs to the damage he caused.
