More than 4 hours after it happened the southbound 400 ramp to the eastbound 401 is clear.

A flipped tractor trailer was to thank for your Monday afternoon traffic headaches.

The truck flipped while on the ramp from the Southbound 400 to the Eastbound 401 around 3 o'clock on Monday.

It was about a quarter full of a load of vegetables, but some Diesel fuel spilled on the road. That prompted officials to pump the fuel tanks before trying to right the truck.

The driver of the transport suffered only minor injuries, but the area was closed through most of the rush hour.

Sgt Dave Woodford says the incident appears to be a result of the driver going too quickly.
