A 43 year old man is fighting for his life in hospital after he was struck by a cube van.

It was around 9:30 when crews were called to Victoria Park Ave. and O'Connor Drive.

The man and two others was crossing the street, and they were not crossing at an intersection or crosswalk according to police. One of them was then struck by a cube van.

Police say he had serious head injuries and is fighting for his life right now in hospital.
