Toronto Police are now dealing with, what has become, the 11th murder of 2013.

Cops were called around 8 o'clock Wednesday morning to an apartment at 4 Arbor Dell Road in the Kipling and West Humber River area.

Officers say when they arrived on scene, the man was suffering from what they called 'obvious injuries'. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.

At first the case was being treated as a suspicious death, but that was later changed to murder, and the homicide squad was called in.

Police have a 39 year old man in custody, and are interviewing him, but have yet to charge him with anything.

The investigation continues.
