Three-alarm fire displaces 15 residents
A 3-alarm fire kept crews very busy early Thursday morning.
It was just after 4 a.m. when firefighters were called to a row house on Oxford Street, near College St. and Spadina.
It began in the basement of an apartment, and ripped through the building engulfing the back porch.
The fire became even more dangerous for crews around 5 a.m. when some became disoriented and a mayday call was put out. Luckily, they were led out of the building by fellow firefighters and no one was injured.
15 people that live inside the building will have to keep out for the next couple of days.
