Police are asking the public for their help finding a missing 13-year-old.

Melissa Francis was reported missing Friday afternoon in the Victoria Park Avenue and Ellesmere Road area.

Police believe she likely ran away from home. Francis was also reported missing earlier this week before returning home.

She is described as black, 5-feet-tall, 120 pounds with long, brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a purple, long-sleeve shirt, black tights, brown boots and a black baseball cap.

Anyone who may information on her whereabouts is being asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
