A woman is reportedly dead in a two vehicle collision in Mississauga.

Peel Regional Police say the transport truck and the car collided around 4:15.

Cops couldn't say how the crash happened, but they say they're expecting to be on scene for a number of hours while they investigate.

Tomken is closed in both directions between Derry and the 407.
