Toronto Police Lay 'Sex Tourism' Charge
Toronto Police have revealed that a 78 year old man is now facing new charges in connection with 'Sex Tourism'.
James McTurk was already up on child pornograhy charges from between May 18, 2011 and Wednesday, July 11, 2012.
But now, cops charged McTurk with making child pornography, six counts of Sexual interference, Invitation to sexual touching and one count of Indecent act.
Officers from Toronto spoke with the Attourney General, to seek approval to lay the further charges despite the fact that the alleged incidents happened in Cuba.
It marks the first time Police have laid a sex tourism charge.
McTurk will be in court on Monday.
