It happened around 10:30 p.m. in a highrise located at 299 Glenlake Ave. in the Bloor and Keele Street area. EMS say a 35 year old man was shot in the back. He's was rushed to hospital with serious injuries. Toronto police say they have one person in custody and were searching for three others.
