Doug Ford 98% sure he won't run for council again
Doug Ford is now 98% sure he won't run for a spot on city council in 2014.
Ford calls Toronto's system of government "dysfunctional".
He says he wouldn't run again "until they come up with a proper system, a strong mayor system and make sure you have one person, one CEO per say of the city".
Ford says he "may" run provincially and expects an Ontario-wide vote in the spring.
The councillor wouldn't say if he'd abandon his seat on council to take a shot at Queen's Park.
"Let's see what happens", said Ford "My priority is Toronto, my priority is making sure Rob (Ford) is re-elected an move forward with his agenda."
