Charges upgraded in car surfing fatal
Charges in a fatal 'car surfing' incident in Brampton this week have been upgraded.
Peel Police say the 16 year old driver of the Honda Civic is now facing charges of Criminal Negligence Causing Death and Dangerous Driving Causing Death.
Cops say a 19 year old man was riding on the trunk of the car around 2 o'clock on Tuesday, in a parking lot near Father Tobin and Bramalea Roads.
The 16 year old driver was originally charged with dangerous driving causing bodily harm and criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
