  1. @EdwardM_8180 Cry me a river, don't you ever get tired playing the race card.
  2. @ctwr9-11 Although I agree with most of what you wrote (especially the part about covering her own legal fees), she must be found guilty first..............dammit.
  3. .......hmmm what was Councillor Bailao doing out on a worknight at 1:47 am? Skimming some developers for contributions or was she just being naughty?
  4. The NHL is not bigger than hockey and we the fans shouldn't give them that status. There is as always a lot of good and exciting hockey to be found in the GTA and surrounding area. The Marlies, Bulldogs and all the motivated junior teams play an inspired brand of hockey.
  5. @CoffeeCon ....it's cool with me. And in this school they would focus on only core subjects i.e. English language written, oral & literature, French as a second language, math & science, Canadian & world history, geography and shop. Throw in some robust physical activity and voila you would have a complete and full school day.
  6. @levon Until recently private industry and government have not always worked together and they don't work together now very effectively. Private industry has always sold goods and services to government. And that is the way it should continue to be.
  7. @levon ...no one is oppossed to Green Energy. What many people are oppossed to is the use of taxes to be used for R&D and implementation before the technology is efficient.
So let the entrepreneurs who have vision develop the technology and bring it to market when it is ready. Is that unreasonable?
  8. @Charlie12 ...oh my aren't you so magnanimous and wise. Instead of parroting Thom's diatribe why don't you refresh his thoughts with a few of your own.
  9. @Thom ........how approriate that you signed off on your rant as Moron.
  10. Why not redeploy funds from health & education to transit? Does transit not provide health and economic benefits. Transit should be taken way from municipal government. Too many warring factions.
