Mayor Rob Ford maintains he did nothing wrong after robo-calls came from his office to Councillor Paul Ainslie's constituents.
The calls described how the Scarborough councillor voted against a subway extension there.
Ford laughs off being called a bully by Ainslie, underlining what he did shows leadership. The Mayor says he was just trying to let Scarborough residents know how their councillor voted.
He ran through what happened after last week's council vote, revealing it was his brother Councillor Doug Ford's idea to do the robo-calls. The Mayor then said he wrote a script, ran it by a few people and recorded it.
The calls started about five minutes later.
Ford says he has no regrets.
