Debates continue into the Senate spending scandal, but new poll figures suggest Canadians aren't taking it out on the Conservatives.
According to an Ipsos Reid survey conducted for CTV, support among decided voters for the Harper Conservatives has only dropped by one point to 30 percent, since last week.
The Trudeau Liberals received 31 percent (down 2 points since last week), and the NDP went up by 4 points since last week to 31 percent support.
This is the first time all three of the major, federal political parties are within one percentage point of each other.
30 percent believe that the Harper Government has done a good job and deserves re-election in 2015. That is the same amount of people who felt the same way last July, when they were asked the same question.
The two-part poll was conducted among 2,144 Canadians between October 16 and 20 and October 25 to 28.
