More to pile in the heap of troubles facing Mayor Rob Ford.
It all surrounds an evening on St Patrick's Day, where we know he'd spent the night having drinks with friends at the Bier Markt.
It's what happened after that is startling.
City Hall security says Ford returned to his office that night around 2 in the morning. They claim he was sweating profusely and was swearing at Earl Provost, who'd accompanied him.
It was half an hour later that security says Ford made his way down to the security desk, toting a half empty bottle of St-Remy French Brandy. The on-duty guards then say Ford allegedly made comments about how 'they' stole his car and how he was going to call police.
After being reminided that he was driven to City Hall by a friend, and his car was safely at home, security staff flagged down a cab on Bay Street, and loaded the Mayor inside.
According to the email, Earl Provost went along.
There is a line in the email that suggests, 'Overall, the Mayor was quite pleasant towards Corporate Security on this night'.
The author of the email, Davood Mohammadi, says Ford did become 'upset' with a number of people who weren't named.
“On a couple occasions (Ford) started to yell and swear ‘f--k this guy,” ‘f--k you’, etc”
There's been no comment from the Mayor's office.
