The lines at the flight rebooking phones at Pearson, are growing by the minute.
What is one of the busiest travel days of the year, has been hampered by a major storm that has blanketed much of the GTA with ice.
As of 11 o'clock on Sunday morning, 60 departing flights had been scratched with 73 arrivals cancelled.
Helen was at the airport at 6 on Sunday morning, in an attempt to fly to Halifax, but soon found that her flight to Ottawa was cancelled.
She then waited in line for an hour and a half, before being told she was in the wrong line.
But she's keeping a happy attitude.
"I'll get to my destination eventually."
As of 1pm on Sunday, around 90 arrivals were cancelled at Pearson, with another 80 departures scratched.
