Team Canada beats US at World Juniors

3-2 win puts Canada at the top of Group A

It was a happy new years eve day for Team Canada at the World Junior Hockey tournament in Sweden.

In their final round-robin game, they beat Team USA 3-2.

It means Canada finishes in first place in the group, and will face Switzerland in the Quarter-finals on Thursday.

Canada got goals from Nic Petan, Connor McDavid and Curtis Lazar to get past the US.

Zack Fucale made 25 saves in the win.

    thats right we kicked there ass .

    Toronto maple leafs should watch the games who knows thay might learn how to play hockey .
