Police north of Toronto have identified the victims of a double homicide in Richmond Hill as an 18-year-old Brampton, Ont., man and a 15-year-old girl.

Two men and the girl were found suffering from gunshot wounds early Wednesday morning in a parked car (at 172 Centre Street East).

The girl was pronounced dead at the scene while the two men were taken to hospital, where one succumbed to his injuries, and the second remains in critical condition.

Investigators have identified the deceased man as Premier Hoang, while the identity of the girl is not being released to protect the identity of the surviving 20-year-old Brampton man.

Police have said they believe the victims were targeted.

Investigators believe that at least two male suspects are responsible and are seeking public assistance in identifying them and anyone else who may have been involved.
