Toronto Police are looking for help identifying a man wanted in the holdup of a Scarborough gas station.

Police say their suspect, armed with a rifle, confronted a gas station employee in an Esso parking lot near Finch Ave E and Markham Rd last month and forced him into the store.

Once inside, the suspect allegedly pointed the gun at the clerk and demanded cash and lottery tickets. The clerk obliged and the man with the gun took off.

The suspect is black, in his early 30s with an average build. He was captured on surveillance camera wearing a black jacket with grey cuffs, a black and white diamond patterned sweater, jeans and a blue toque.

Anyone with information is asked to call police 416-808-7350, or to contact Crime Stoppers.
