Fatal car crash in Brampton

Two people pronounced at the scene, two others taken to hospital

Two people were killed in a head-on collision in Brampton on Sunday afternoon.

It happened on Bovaird Drive at Worthington Avenue.

Peel police say both drivers of the vehicles involved were pronounced dead at the scene. They were both men.

A woman was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries and a child was also taken to hospital with minor injuries. The child was in a car seat at the time of the collision.

The area re-opened to traffic around midnight.
