Fire spreads through townhouses in Richmond Hill

A fire in Richmond Hill spread to three townhouse units, early Tuesday.

Everyone managed to get out safely and no injuries were reported but crews were at the scene of the fire since 2 a.m.

They're located on Bayview Avenue, north of Highway 7.

Two of the homes were gutted by the fire.

The flames were under control by 5 a.m. but crews remained at the scene putting out hot spots.
