Update: Man shot dead in city's north end
It happened in front of a restaurant on Yonge St. near Lawrence Ave.

Police are looking for two suspects after a man was shot and killed in front of a restaurant on Yonge Street late Tuesday night.

Toronto EMS tell NEWSTALK1010 the man suffered multiple gun shot wounds on Yonge St. just south of York Mills around 9:30 p.m.

There are reports that witnesses heard as many as 15 shots.

He was pronounced dead at hospital.

The victim is identified as Peter Nguyen, 26, of Toronto.

Police are searching for two male suspects dressed in dark clothing. 

The two suspects were spotted last leaving the scene westbound on Melrose Avenue.
