asking for felony charges in alleged 'egg attack'

The L.A County Sheriff's Department is hoping to press charges against Canadian Singer Justin Bieber.

It's being reported that the office is seeking felony charges against the Stratford-born teen over the egg attack last month.

Bieber has been accused by his neighbour of egging his home to the tune of $20,000.

The Sheriff took the case to the District Attorney's office Thursday, but a decision on whether to pursue the charges won't come for another week or so.
