Missing 12-year-old boy found safe

Conor Hamblin-Cobb was last seen at Friday afternoon in the city's east end

A 12-year-old boy who had been missing since Friday afternoon has been found safe.

Conor Hamblin-Cobb was last seen in the library near Cosburn Middle School around 4 p.m.

A command post was setup near O'Connor Drive and Cosburn Ave.

Saturday morning, around 10:30, Toronto Police confirmed that he had been found.

Police say he stayed overnight at a friend's place but didn't tell his parents. His friend's parents thought Hamblin-Cobb had told his parents where he was.
