Toronto Police are investigating another death at an unlicensed daycare, according to the Toronto Star.

It was Valentines Day when police were called to an apartment building near Keele and Finch.

The Star reports a four-month-old boy was found without vital signs. He was taken to hospital and pronounced dead.

The cause of death is not yet known.

The provincial government is also investigating but tells the paper that there are no complaints on record about this particular unlicensed facility.

This is the fourth child to die in an unlicenced a daycare in the GTA in the last seven months.
