UPDATE: Man dies after stabbing in Etobicoke

Police say they have no information on suspects

Homicide detectives have been called in to investigate a fatal stabbing in Etobicoke Sunday morning.

Toronto Police were called to Titan Rd near Islington Ave and The Queensway at about 4 a.m. for a double stabbing.

It appears this happened at the Tibetan Canadian Cultural Centre at 40 Titan Rd. According to the centre's website, there was a New Years party there Saturday night.

"People who attended the event may have left without realizing what happened," said the Toronto Police media release.

One of two men who was injured died in hospital.

The other man left the scene in a car. The car was stopped by Peel Regional Police in Mississauaga. His injuries are non life-threatening.

Police say they have no information on suspects.
