Two teens facing charges in connection to robbery and stabbing

Police have arrested and laid charges against two teenagers in connection to a robbery and stabbing that happened last Sunday.

It was around 9:45 in the evening when the victim was followed off a TTC bus, robbed and stabbed in the neck. This happened near McCowan Road and Lawrence Avenue East.

The victim is expected to make a full recovery.

A 15 year old was arrested on Monday and is facing 6 charges including attempted murder, robbery with a weapon and fail to comply with probation.

Another 17 year old man was arrested on Tuesday, is also facing 4 charges, including attempted murder and assault with a weapon.

The two will appear in court on Wednesday.
