WATCH: Victims die after double shooting on the Danforth
Police are searching for a couple of suspects after gunfire rang out near Woodbine and Danforth Ave.

A double shooting that happened on Danforth Ave is now a double homicide investigation.

Police confirm to Newstalk 1010 that the second victim has died in hospital. The other victim was pronounced dead last night.

At about 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, shots rang out on Danforth Ave between Woodbine and Patricia Dr.

When officers and paramedics arrived, they found two men who had been shot multiple times. One victim is in his 20's, the other possibly in his 40's according to police.

Police say a couple of possible suspects were seen leaving the scene eastwards, at least initially on foot.
