Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't it look like this was being filmed by the driver? While driving? I expect she will find out if there is a law against that in Florida. I am pretty sure you are supposed to concede the left lane to faster traffic as well.

Not that driver of the pickup is any prize, but my first reaction would not be "Ha Ha Ha That's what you get!"

@tanjo In Florida you can do whatever you want as long as you wear your seatbelt and have your lights on when your wipers are on.

But you're right, you only pass in the passing lane, however if you closely watch the video, she is passing a slower truck and doing 5mph over the speed limit, which is perfectly legal. If she wasn't passing, she could have got shot, this is the state of George Zimmerman, Michael Dunn, and Curtis Reeves. Florida drivers have this attitude, you're free to do whatever you want but don't get in their way, road rage is common down there, more so than in Texas. Also the drivers are armed in Florida but strictly obey all road laws and expect others to do the same.
