York Regional Police have charged two men, after a puppy was allegedly stolen from Richmond Hill.

Officers say on March 31st, two people responded to an ad for a Yorkshire Terrier puppy for sale on Pine Bough Manor.

At around 11 o'clock in the evening, three men showed up to see the puppies, and while they were looking, cops claim one of the men grabbed a puppy and ran off.

On April 5th, police went to a home in the Yonge and Finch area, where they found the little dog in good health.

19 year old David Seo and 19 year old Kim Leegun, who are both from Toronto are facing charges of theft and possession of property obtained by crime.
