Crash involving school bus sends one man to hospital

The crash happened around 3 o'clock on Guelph Line near Milton...

One man was airlifted to hospital after a two vehicle crash in the Milton area.

Halton Police tell Newstalk1010, that the other vehicle was a school bus, taking kids home from school.

There is some good news, though, with police reporting all the students on the bus checked out okay and have since been picked up by their parents.

Sgt Chantal Corner with Halton Police couldn't tell us how the crash happened, or who was at fault.

She also didn't know how many people were in the vehicle, or the approximate ages of the students on the bus.

Guelph Line, just north of the 401 will remain closed, likely through the evening rush.
