A registered practical nurse, who is already out on bail, is now facing new charges.

Halton Police say the man was working at a health care facility in Halton Region, and is now facing a dozen new fraud related charges.

Officers say a woman was a patient at the facility, and complained that she'd had her credit cards and ID comprimised in January of 2013.

Victor Manzo was already facing 52 criminal charges, was arrested on Wednesday.

He now faces new charges including possession of credit card data, use of credit card data, attempted fraud and identity theft.
