WATCH: Hudak attacks government spending
The Progressive Conservative leader uses props to cut down Liberals

As the Liberal government make budget announcement after budget announcement, the Tories are scoffing at all of their spending plans.

Progressive Conservative Leader Tim Hudak says when the province needs to be focused on paying down the deficit, it shouldn't be adding $5.7 billion in spending by ways of 39 announcements.

He calls it borrowed money, alleging it will lead to higher taxes.

Hudak says overspending is what "lazy politicians" do to create jobs.

He stood in front of large red building blocks, showcasing government spending over the past few years. One column - tied to $128 billion in funds given out this year - was taller than he is.
