The filthiest part of the city is at Queen's Park. Full of garbage and rats. That should be the city's priority in cleaning up, followed by most councillors at city hall.

Hey, we would do it, but there's only so many hours in a day once you factor in coffee breaks, smoke breaks, the lunch hour, and union meetings. By the time we slow ourselves down to maximize our overtime, you're lucky we clean up what little garbage we do!

Plus, it's just more fun to watch you peasants do it anyway.
