It's an absurd overtime grab and a complete waste of money to close roadways for 11.5 hours for a race that passes quickly. Why not start the subways early, then start races 6 a.m. so closures can end at each juncture, within an hour after the last racer passes. Save a bundle; open our roadways.

    TORONTO CITY SUGGESTION!

okay... close every single road in Toronto for 1 week. during this time TTC will be free and all parking will be free 72hours prior to this event..

during this week have every single race, Parade construction and festival.

please stop with the road , they are not a faucet one can simply open and close!
