Justin Bieber is reportedly being investigated in connection with an alleged attempted robbery in the Los Angeles area.

Police told KTLA Television that the pop star was not arrested, but was accused of attempted robbery after an incident late Monday in the San Fernando Valley.

Sgt. Paul McLaughlin said police were initially called because Bieber had allegedly tried to take a girl's phone.

No other information about the incident was released by police.

However, the TMZ website is reporting that an incident occurred at a batting cage where Bieber and some friends were hitting balls.

Rob asks me to tell this Justin Beiber that he reminds him of him in his early years. It isn't the dope, drink, and women, it's developing the attitude that's most important. Getting that sense of entitlement in your early years will determine how you do later in could lead to a life in politics, corporate success, or a great career in banking and finance. The world is your oyster if you like that fishy taste like Rob does. Eats his honey every day.

Most important, Krista, my daughter, gets all wet just thinking about getting Beiber'd, her uncle taught her the importance of a good diet.

Folks, Rob hopes that he intervened Justin in time to save this child from a normal life...he's exceptional, just like Rob, and I've offered to become his manager so that I can raise him better than I did Rob. People learn from their mistakes, I'll let you know if that's true if I ever make one.

    God Bless Toronto

    Thank You.

@Doug Ford Morning, Donny. We should go for a pint sometime.

That offer goes for anyone who posts here on a regular basis, actually.
