Update: Pedestrian dies of injuries in Mississauga crash

A 33-year-old man was hit by a vehicle near Hurontario St and Derry Rd Friday night

A 33-year-old man has died of his injuries in hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Mississauga.

Police say the man was hit by a vehicle just after 11 p.m. Friday near Hurontario St and Derry Rd. 

The driver remained on scene and is cooperating with police. 

There is no word on whether charges will be laid.
