Woman's lifeless body found on Isabella Street

The discovery was made at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday near Bloor and Jarvis Streets

Police are investigating after a woman's lifeless body was found in Toronto. 

The discovery was made at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday at a home on Isabella St, near Bloor and Sherbourne Sts.

Homicide detectives have been called in to investigate, but police have not yet confirmed foul play. 

Reporter Cam Woolley with our sister station CP24 is on scene this morning. He reports that a man came to visit the woman last night when he found the door open and the women dead inside with an apparent knife wound. 

Police say the woman may have been dead for one to three days when her body was found.
