Man Lured By Woman Then Assaulted and Carjacked

Police say suspects took off in victim's silver 2006 Acura.

Toronto Police say a young man was beaten and robbed after he was lured into a trap by a woman he met at a bar.

Investigators say the man met a woman at a bar near Derry Rd and Torbram Road early Thursday morning.  The two left the bar and drove to an area near Highway 27 and Rexdale Boulevard, where they met up with three of the woman’s male friends.

The men turned on the victim assaulting him with a weapon before forcing him to drive to a bank to withdraw money for his captors.

The man was beaten again before he was able to escape to a coffee shop near martin Grove Road and The Westway.

Police say the suspects drove off in the man’s silver, 2006 Acura with the Ontario licence plate BLXD 912.

Anyone with information is asked to call Toronto Police at 23 division at 416-808-2300 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).

@john It is truly sad that many have experienced appalling treatment at the hands of others, because of these horrific human actions against others, whether they are men, women or teenagers, some have a tendency of blaming specific groups.... i.e. all women; all men; teenagers; or this culture or that culture........The sad truth is that its the sign of the times we are living in and things are getting worse.......There is a scriptural reference to our days, in 2Timothy 3:1-5
Chapter 3, verse 1-5 describes the general attitudes of many now a days
3 But know this, that in the last days+ critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having an appearance of godliness but proving false to its power;+ and from these turn away..
Individually we need to make proper choices that don't hurt us or others we also need to figure out Who & what we want to be influenced by.

On top of all this, now the dude has to explain to his wife exactly how he wound up in the news, and why he was leaving a bar with some broad.

Assuming he's married, of course. For now.
