All eyes were on him when the Toronto Raptors were in the playoffs, and now he'll be the focus of a judge in a courtroom in Collingwood.

The pre-trial for Jonas Valanciunas in his drunk driving case, has been set for June 9th.

The case was in court Tuesday morning, after the seven foot centre of the Raptors was arrested back on April 7th.

That was when OPP claim they recieved a call about a silver vehicle with open beer bottles inside.

The car was later tracked down to a home in Wasaga Beach, and officer claim the driver was in operation of the vehicle, while under the influence of alcohol.

Nothing has been proven in court.

There's no word on if Valanciunas will even be in court.

If he was drunk, we need to destroy his career just like Rob Ford. The only acceptable mind-altering substance is all-natural marijuana.
