Police in Toronto, the surrounding region, and across Ontario cracked down on two rival street gangs in a series of raids that began around 5:00am Wednesday.

Cash, 10 firearms, cocaine, heroin, and marijuana were seized during the raids.

50 people were arrested and charged.

30 others were taken into custody over the course of the investigation, which police say began last year.

Authorities say the 'Asian Assassins' and the 'Sick Thugs' are responsible for a number of shootings and allegations are they involved in the drug trade.

The busts were a joint effort between Toronto Police and other officers from the OPP, Brantford, and Windsor.

The real heroes are the disenfranchised youths of the Asian Assassins and Street Thugs for refusing to let artificial constructs like "laws" or "respect" keep them from what their freedom senses told them to do. If there were any justice in the world, they'd be exonerated completely and given a speaking tour to teach us their ways.

NDP! NDP! NDP! NDP! NDP! NDP! NDP! NDP! NDP! NDP! NDP!

When will the police learn that authority is artificial, laws are by definition a hate crime, and we should all be perfectly equal and free to do as we want? This is why I support the NDP and distributing all taxpayer dollars to government-approved racial groups.

Kudos on going after gang-related violence rather than simply "guns" via the latest gun ban against law abiding citizens or guy buyback amnesty program, again aimed at law abiding citizens.

I hope people now realize that gun owners in Canada have nothing to do with those gangs. Most of the guns gotten by the police is not even sold in Canada.

They have full capacity mags, suppressors, all kind of stuff. When those idiots shoot around in our city. We pay the price and law punishes the wrong people.
Well done score to the Police!
