Man trapped under vehicle in Vaughan

There are reports that the man had been working on his car in his driveway when this happened, and that neighbours lifted the car off of him before paramedics arrived.

A man in his 40s has serious injuries after he was trapped under a vehicle.

Police say they were called to Comoq Ave, near Weston and Rutherford Rds, in Vaughan at about 9:15 this morning.

There are reports that the man had been working on his car in his driveway when this happened, and that neighbours lifted the car off of him before paramedics arrived.

Police are working on confirming that information from witnesses.

An Ornge air ambulance was initially called, but later cancelled.
