Man suffers life-threatening injuries in DVP collision

The collision blocked the southbound lanes of the DVP at Eglinton around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday

One man is fighting for his life, and another suffered minor injuries after a serious collision on the southbound Don Valley Parkway near Eglinton Wednesday evening.

It was around 7:45 when the two vehicles collided.

Police arrested a 37-year-old woman in connection to the collision, but no word what charges she is facing.

Southbound lanes of the DVP were closed from Eglinton to Don Mills Road until about 12:30 a.m.
