Charges are pending after a Barrie man was pronounced dead following a fight.

Barrie Police have not zeroed in the cause of the death for the 51-year-old.  A post-mortem is scheduled for Sunday.

Two men started arguing around 5 pm Friday before things turned physical.  It is not clear what the relationship between the men is other than they knew each other and lived at the same address on John St.

When police showed up, one man was without vital signs.  He was rushed to hospital and pronounced dead.

Police handcuffed a 36-year-old man at the scene.
