Toronto Police have issued a plea for information, in hopes of solving the case...

An autopsy has been completed on the human remains found in a park near Jane and Wilson earlier this week.

The lower portion of a baby's body was found by a jogger in Heathrow Park on Monday, and police are no closer to solving the case today, as they were then.

Results of the post mortem are pending with no conclusive answers on what killed the child. Officers are now waiting for more test results to come in.

Constable Victor Kwong with Toronto Police says they are hoping to get tips from the public, in hopes of getting some answers.

They are still considering the possibility it could have been a still birth.

But investigators are making a public plea to anyone who has knowledge of someone who was at the end of her pregnancy and/or recently gave birth, but does not have a newborn baby, to call police.

Kwong says they are worried the mother may be in need of medical attention.
