Yet another tornado confirmed by Environment Canada

This one touched down prior to the one in Tottenham, and scattered debris in Laurel Station...

Environment Canada is confirming yet another tornado that touched down in the area on Tuesday.

This one happened around 3:30 in the afternoon, in an area called Laurel Station, northwest of Orangeville.

That was shortly before a second twister scattered debris in Tottenham, southwest of Barrie.

Peter Kimball from Environment Canada says this one was an EF-1, much the same as Tottenham, and in this case it ripped a roof off of a home, blew a hole in the walls of another and moved an RV about 8 feet. That RV weighs about 16 thousand pounds.

No injuries were reported.
