WATCH: Is the 'Shirtless Horde' losing steam?

Two protestors outside of Ford event

Has the shirtless horde lost their steam?

Only two demonstrators came out to Rob Ford's transit event this morning.

Organizer John Furr says he hopes it doesn't mean his movement is dying off, musing the low turn-out could be because he found out about it late. He underlines he's retired and can come out to these things but others have to work.

The two held up signs to passing cars reading "I have Fordophobia. On October 27 you have the cure."

They stood outside on the street. TTC security and Toronto police were on hand and wouldn't let them into the event, which was on TTC property.

@dama I agree...I wish both the shirtless hordes and Rob Ford (can take Doug along for good measure ) all sail off into the sunset once and for all.

@jjenner I like to be entertained by Rob and Doug, so you can get the shirtless horde to sail off into Tim Buk To.

@dama I like the shirtless. They fit right into the whole Circus motif. They're like the clowns. The Fords are the freak show.

Beats that irritating, brain dead parrot going "RESIGN RESIGN RESIGN" ad nauseum.

If someone does that to Wynne or Harper, the jail gets one more occupant. Do it to the mayor of Toronto, the Toronto police stand there with their fingers up their arse. Keep up shyte like that, and you give Ford more and more votes.

@Angry Bill and Rob Ford's reply ....."they have the right to demonstrate.. It's alright, it's alright" .. even tho he was drown out, he still maintained his cool.. and that's I agree with you .. that votes will go to Rob Ford,.. ,

The whole thing was bullshit from the start, probably overpaid union thugs.

I hope Rob Ford opens a Pizza Pizza location. Wouldn't it be great?
Get the walk in medium special and eat a pizza made by the former mayor.
Maybe even get a picture with him!

I am not defending Rob Ford but those people would have some creditability with me if they did same kind of protest against Dalton McGuinty and the present Liberal government for wasting billions of tax dollars.

Until they do that they are nothing but left wing hypocrites.

"Mayor Rob Ford had all the time in the world for selfies Friday but no time for questions from reporters." The Toronto Sun

    No accountability, not transparency.
Four more years of the BS?
    No thanks Rob.
