@dama Not Chief Blair but Mayor Ford. When the mayor of Toronto refuses to talk to the police about his knowledge of gangs and his criminal affiliations, saying that "he won't rat out his friends" then the police and Toronto residents are doomed. Since Ford became mayor, shootings, stabbings, and beatings are now a daily occurrence, and it's getting worse. Criminals now know that they can get away with the worst crimes because the mayor is on their side.

Rob Ford is not setting a good example with his criminal behaviour and gang affiliations...there's talk that he had one of his gang friends killed because of the first video, another beaten...then he ordered the beating of his former brother-in-law. We should have elected a lawn order mayor, but it's too late now.
